Refund policy
We are happy to offer a 10 days Return or Exchange policy for unused and unworn items.
To be eligible for Return or Exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be in the original packing.
For replacement, exchange, or damaged products, we will process the exchange within 5 days of receiving the returned product. The replacement item will be delivered within 6 working days thereafter.
Refund Policy
Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

Kindly note that we will inspect the item before refund / exchange and it will take place only under the following conditions
- Returns will only be accepted if the product is returned in the original box and all tags intact with our invoice.
- The products should be new or in unused condition. It should not have any scratches, marks or damage.
- If the item has been resized, altered or damaged we won't be able to offer the refund/exchange and will have to return it to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Steps to follow to exchange / refund the product
To return your order, please keep the package ready and include the original invoice. Contact our customer care and we will arrange a return shipment for you. Please note that we will arrange for return pick up from the original delivered address only. For areas where return facility is not provided by our logistics partner, you can use your own partner and ship it to our warehouse. Please address all returns to:

Important Points
- Please note that while most pin codes are forward and reverse serviceable, in rare cases, some pin codes may only be forward serviceable and not reverse serviceable. In all such cases, we may request you to return the product via an alternate courier service, and the customer shall be liable and responsible for delivery of the product.
- In case of non-serviceable pin codes, the customer is responsible for returning the jewellery to our warehouse.
- In the unlikely event that you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, we would request you to reach out to our customer support team for assistance within 24 hours of the package being delivered. We will be requiring a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process the request further. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honoured. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision.
- In case of missing items in return orders, i.e., where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but actual pickup doesn't include all said items, the company has a right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount.
