Pricing & Payment

All prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes. There are no hidden costs, and the price displayed is the final amount payable.

Payment Methods

We accept prepaid payment methods as well as Cash on Delivery (COD).

However:

  • COD is not available for orders above ₹10,000.

  • Orders exceeding ₹10,000 must be placed using prepaid payment methods only.

In case of promotional offers such as Buy 1 Get 1, any returns may be refunded in the form of Akshani Wallet credit, as per company policy.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days from the time of confirmation.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Tier 1 Cities: 1–3 working days from dispatch

  • Tier 2 Cities: 3–5 working days from dispatch

  • Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 working days from dispatch

Shipping is free across India, including remote locations.

However, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Local restrictions

  • Courier partner issues

If an address becomes unserviceable, our team will contact you with an alternative solution or refund.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 10-day Return or Exchange policy for unused and unworn items.

To qualify for return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • It must be returned in original packaging

  • All tags and invoice must be intact

Products that are damaged, altered, resized, scratched, or used will not be eligible for return or exchange.

All returned products are inspected before processing a refund or exchange.

Exchange Conditions

Exchange requests within 10 days of delivery will be processed under the following cases:

  • Damaged Item: Exchange with the same item

  • Wrong Item Received: Exchange with the same item

  • Size Issue: Exchange with the same variant item

Return Shipping

Return pickup will be arranged from the original delivery address.

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be requested to ship the product to our warehouse using your preferred courier partner.

In cases where a pin code is not reverse serviceable, the customer is responsible for returning the product.

Claims for Missing or Tampered Packages

If you receive an empty parcel or missing product, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

To process such claims, we require:

  • A 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel.

Claims without sufficient evidence or with visible signs of tampering may not be honored.

The brand reserves the right to take the final decision in such cases.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed after the returned product passes our quality inspection.

In case items are missing from the returned package, the company reserves the right to deduct up to the full MRP of the missing item from the refund amount.

Limitation of Liability

Akshani Jewels shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
